When am I charged?
Your card is pre-authorised at booking. The charge is only captured when the cleaner marks the job complete — you never pay for a booking that didn't happen.
Is there a long-term contract or minimum term?
No. There's no long-term contract and no minimum term — book a one-off clean or a recurring schedule, and cancel or change anytime.
What's included in a standard clean?
A standard clean typically covers dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. You can add specific requests when you book.
What if I cancel?
Cancel more than 48 hours before → full refund. 24–48 hours → 50% refund. Under 24 hours → no refund. If the cleaner cancels, you always get a full refund.
How do cleaners get paid?
You're paid instantly — the moment a client approves your completed job, your share is credited to your Stripe account right away. Stripe then automatically transfers your balance to your bank account daily.
Is there a minimum booking value?
No. Cleaners set their own prices, and the small platform commission scales with the booking — there's no floor.
